Editorial policy
Bright Match Journal aims to make creative ideas clear, specific and fair. We distinguish explanation from opinion, avoid presenting taste as fact, and correct mistakes when they are brought to our attention.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against suitable sources before publication and use cautious wording when an interpretation is open to debate. Articles should explain terms, give enough context to follow the reasoning and avoid claims that the available information cannot support.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for reader relevance and clarity. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage or influence our conclusions. Any material created with a partner is identified plainly so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work.
Corrections
Readers can report a possible error through the Contact page. We review specific, relevant details and update an article when a correction is warranted; significant changes are noted in the article where appropriate.
Images and illustrations
Images are selected to support the subject and are not presented as evidence for a claim unless that role is clear. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when an illustration could be mistaken for a documentary image, it is identified as such.
